When furnishing the apartment, great importance was attached to creating a cozy, homely atmosphere. Box-spring beds, modern bathrooms, kitchens, and televisions in every bedroom leave nothing to be desired.

The two double beds can be converted into four single beds on request. The two additional sleeping places are on a spacious sofa bed, which is equipped with a comfortable topper.

The direct motorway connection to the A8 and the train station make the apartment easily accessible. There are several large charging stations for electric cars in the immediate vicinity. A playground and numerous outlet stores are within a 5-minute walk. There are also various restaurants in the area. Whether you prefer Bavarian, Greek, or Italian cuisine, there is something for every taste here.

For breakfast, the Kollmann bakery, founded in 1827, and the Bühler butcher's shop are also just a 5-minute walk away. You simply have to try a real Bavarian pretzel. Shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Netto, Norma, Rossmann) are also available in the town.

In addition to Legoland, the region also offers numerous other leisure activities: Peppa Pig Park, lakes, climbing garden, mini golf, bowling, golf, wakeboarding, go-karting, outdoor swimming pool, ice rink, peat nature trail, and much more are located in the surrounding area.
